Berlin 001

I finally visited Berlin to take some photographs. A friend lent me a Fuji GW670 which i dragged around with me everywhere we went. Berlin was astonishing and I didn't really work out what I was taking photos of. The history is all so present and overwhelming, All of it so monumental. Those feelings probably got the better of my creative urges I think. Daunting!

I would certainly need more visits to gather anything properly meaningful. The city makes more sense now that I've seen it once and spent time thinking about it all. None the less I really enjoyed having the big camera with me again. It's the same one that I took to Prague a few years ago. I had to relearn all of it's various idiosyncrasies and I made all of the same mistakes as when I last used it. It's a good camera though.

Here are a few of the pictures. I will probably work with them more during summer.

I got to visit the Bauhaus!
